The knowledge lives in the files
A tailor-made safari quote is a puzzle: lodges and campsites, driving distances between them, seasonal rates, vehicles, guides, park fees. The operator keeps all of it in its own spreadsheets and a costing workbook, and a new consultant takes months to learn where everything is.
The operator did not want a new system to feed. It wanted its consultants to spend less time assembling quotes and more time with travellers — and it works from places where the connection is weak.

Each line of a draft points to the line of the price list it came from, so a consultant can check it in seconds.
It never writes to a traveller
The assistant prepares; the consultant decides and sends. That is the same rule we apply in every project.
It writes only in its own folder
The operator's files are read, never overwritten; drafts go to a separate folder.

It works asynchronously, by message and e-mail, so a consultant on the road can ask for a draft and pick it up later.
