AI agents and automations that take work off your team.
We build, host and run the assistants that answer customers, sort your mail, take notes in meetings, find answers in your documents and keep a team's work in one place.

Agents on the official WhatsApp Business Platform
Built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API. Each one runs in a real project, labelled with its real stage — more on WhatsApp AI agents.
Bookings and waitlist
Booking and waitlist on WhatsApp for a restaurant group, written into the system the hosts use.
Voice notes, answered
Gym members ask by voice note, including in Kiswahili; the agent answers and hands over to staff.
Renewals and follow-ups
Renewals and follow-ups for insurance brokers with approved templates — see BrokerPilot.
Lead follow-up
Real-estate enquiries answered, qualified and followed up.
Ordering and loyalty
Orders, loyalty and shop questions, with payment and tracking sent as links.
Support at night
A post-partum support companion — see Mama Bot.
An assistant on your website
A chat assistant that answers from your own website content, streams its answers as it writes them and books a call in the conversation. It runs on takat.ai.
A voice agent that takes an order
A prototype voice agent answers a WhatsApp call, takes the order and sends the payment and tracking links back as messages. We say prototype because that is what it is: tested, not yet run for a client.
A mailbox sorted every two hours
An AI reads new email every two hours, labels it and moves it to the right folder. It never deletes anything. It runs on our own founder's mailbox.
Notes from every call, on your server
A notetaker bot joins your video calls, records and transcribes them. It is self-hosted: recordings and transcripts stay on a server we run for you, not in a third-party notetaking app.
Answers from your own documents
An assistant that answers from a company's own documents. We prepared a corpus of 1,226 documents as the knowledge base of a client's CRM assistant, and built a proof of concept that answers questions on insurance underwriting conditions.
The repetitive steps between your tools
Scheduled jobs and bots that move information between your tools — for example, every new lead filed in the CRM with an alert in under 2 minutes, or a mailbox sorted every two hours.
One place for a team's work
A CRM pipeline, work items, a roadmap and priorities, with bots on the team chat and on WhatsApp, all on one self-hosted server. We run our own company on it — see Takat OS.
First answers, day and night
An assistant that answers customers' questions on WhatsApp or your website from your own content, and hands the conversation to a person when it should. It combines the two agents above — the WhatsApp agents and the website chat assistant that runs on takat.ai.
The report written before you ask
Agents that gather the numbers and write the summary on a schedule. Our own operations get a morning brief every day and a review in the evening; we build the same from your tools — sales, ads, support, projects.
Problems spotted before customers do
An agent checks our servers every 5 minutes and publishes the result on a health page; our daily SEO routine refuses any change that fails its checks. We set up the same watch on your services, orders or stock.
Reminders that go out on time
An agent that follows each overdue invoice and drafts a polite reminder at the right moment, for a person to approve, then records the reply. We have not run this for a client yet; it is built from the same blocks as our follow-up agents — approved messages, drafts a person validates, and logs.
What changed in your rules, summarised
An agent that reads the official sources you follow on a schedule and sends a short summary of what changed, with the link to each source. We have not run this for a client yet; our own content checks already refuse anything that cannot be traced to a source.
The guards on our WhatsApp agents
A daily usage cap
So a loop or a spike can never run up a bill.
A dry-run mode
The agent says what it would do, without doing it, until you are happy.
An off switch
One switch stops it, at any time.
Human handover
A person takes over when the customer asks or when a rule says so.
Logs of every action
What it did, when, and why — confirmed by your systems.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI agents can you build?
WhatsApp agents, a website chat assistant, a voice agent for WhatsApp calls (prototype), email triage, a self-hosted meeting notetaker and assistants that answer from your documents — plus automations between your tools.
Can an agent act without control?
No. Our WhatsApp agents have a daily usage cap, a dry-run mode, an off switch, human handover and a log of every action.
Will the email assistant delete messages?
Never. It labels and moves messages, and never deletes them.
Where do recordings and documents stay?
On infrastructure we operate for you, in Docker, with backups — the meeting notetaker is self-hosted.
Is the voice agent ready for production?
It is a prototype: it answers a WhatsApp call and takes an order in tests. We say so plainly, and would pilot it with you first.
Which task eats your week?
Messages, mail, meetings, documents: tell us, and we will show you the agent or automation we would run for it.
