A digital loyalty card that lives in WhatsApp.
A digital loyalty program for a small business does not need an app: the customer's stamps or points can live in the WhatsApp chat they already have with you. We have built two versions — a stamp card inside a café ordering flow, and shared points between neighbouring shops — both as demos today.

Stamps for one shop, points for a group
The stamp card
Every paid order adds a stamp; the customer taps "My stamps" to see where they are, and the free item arrives with a code when the card is full. The next visit starts with "Same as last time?" — a repeat order in one tap.
Shared points
Points earned in one shop are spent in another shop of the same group. Each shop shows it is part of the group, so a customer of the bakery has a reason to try the café next door.
The card is in the chat they already open
A loyalty app has to be found, installed and remembered; a paper card gets lost. A WhatsApp chat is already on the customer's phone, and the balance is one tap away. Because the card is tied to the customer's WhatsApp number, there is no sign-up form at the till.
The same chat can take the order and the payment: see our WhatsApp ordering system. Loyalty is then not a separate tool but the last step of every order.
Getting loyalty right on WhatsApp
- Never count twice. WhatsApp can deliver the same message again when a server is slow to answer. A stamp must be tied to the order, and duplicates ignored, or a retry gives a free coffee.
- Ask before you promote. Telling a customer their balance after they write is a reply. Sending them an offer later is marketing: it needs their opt-in and an approved marketing template, because outside the 24-hour window only templates can be sent.
- One rule the till can explain. "Ten stamps, one free" works at a counter. A points scheme across shops needs one equally simple sentence for every shop's staff.
- Keep the receipt honest. In a demo, any simulated payment is labelled on the receipt itself.
The loyalty projects

QR menus, table ordering and a WhatsApp assistant for cafés
A hospitality platform shown to café and restaurant groups: every dish with a photo and a video behind a QR code, ordering from the table, loyalty, and a WhatsApp assistant that answers questions about each shop — opening hours, locations, contacts.
- Branded menus where every dish has a photo and a video
- Ordering, loyalty and frequently asked questions on WhatsApp, with mobile-money payment simulated in the demo
- Local shops · IndiaPrototype
Shared loyalty points between neighbouring shops
A prototype where customers earn points in one shop and spend them in another shop of the same group, with the customer side running on WhatsApp messages.

Frequently asked questions
Can a loyalty card work on WhatsApp without an app?
Yes. The stamps or points are tied to the customer's WhatsApp number and shown in the chat on request, so there is nothing to install and no card to carry.
Can several shops share one loyalty program?
Yes. We built a prototype where points earned in one shop are spent in another shop of the same group.
Can we send offers to loyalty members on WhatsApp?
Only to customers who opted in, and outside the 24-hour window only with approved templates. Replies to a customer who just wrote are not affected.
How do we start?
Book a discovery call and tell us how you reward regulars today. We set up the rule with you, show it working on your phone, then connect your WhatsApp number.
How is it priced?
We scope each project with you and do not publish a price. Meta bills WhatsApp message fees separately.
