A 24/7 hotline that answers in your customer's language.
A multilingual AI hotline answers every call, voice note and message in the caller's own language, day and night, and passes to your team only what it cannot answer. We built one on WhatsApp for a secure truck-parking operator in France, whose drivers come from all over Europe.
Hotline sheet
- Built for
- A secure truck-parking operator, France
- Channels
- WhatsApp calls, voice notes and text, one number
- Languages
- The caller's own
- Stage
- Live on a test line, moving to production
The caller does not speak your language, and it is 3 a.m.
A truck driver arriving at a parking site needs an answer now: is there space, how do I get in, how do I pay, where do I go. They often do not speak the language of the country they are in, and the office is closed. Every unanswered call is a driver who parks somewhere else — or calls again and again.
The same is true of any business with customers from many countries: lodges, clinics for expatriates, logistics hubs, campsites. The questions repeat; the languages do not.
One WhatsApp number, every language
Answers calls
The driver calls the WhatsApp number and talks to an AI voice agent in their own language.
Voice notes and text
The same agent answers voice notes and written messages on the same number.
Per-site answers
Each site has its own FAQ — access, opening, rules — so the answer is about the place the driver is at.
Hands over
Anything it cannot answer goes to the team, with an alert, and during working hours the call can go on to a person.
Staff alerts
The team is told about each message it has to handle, instead of checking a phone all day.
Your number, your data terms
The number belongs to the operator's own WhatsApp account; driver data terms are set with the operator before go-live.
From test line to the number on the gate
- 01
Collect the answers
Hours, access, payment and rules per site, the transfer number for working hours, and who receives driver messages.
- 02
Test line
The agent runs on a test setup; we call it, send voice notes and messages in several languages, and test a call when the first person does not answer.
- 03
Production setup
The number moves to production, and driver messages are delivered by e-mail to the team.
- 04
Publish the number
Only then is the number put on the booking site, the map listing and the signs.
What makes a multilingual hotline usable
- Voice first. People on the move call or send voice notes; a text-only bot misses most of them.
- Answer about this place. A generic answer is worse than none. The agent answers from the FAQ of the site the caller is at.
- Agree on data before launch. Calls carry names, plates and phone numbers. Who processes what, for how long, is settled with the client before the number is published.
- Test the failure path. The most useful test is the one where nobody on the team answers — that is when the hotline matters.

Frequently asked questions
What is a multilingual AI hotline?
A phone or WhatsApp number answered by an AI agent in the caller's own language, at any hour, which hands to your team whatever it cannot answer.
Can customers call a WhatsApp number and talk to an AI?
Yes. WhatsApp lets users call businesses, and our hotline answers those calls with an AI voice agent, as well as voice notes and messages on the same number.
What happens when the AI cannot answer?
It passes the conversation to your team and alerts them; during working hours the call can go on to a person.
How do we start?
Book a discovery call. We collect your answers per site or service, run the agent on a test line with you, and publish the number only once you are happy with it.
How is it priced?
We scope it with you and do not publish a price. WhatsApp call and message fees are billed by Meta separately.
Customers calling in many languages?
Tell us who calls you, when, and in which languages. We will show you the hotline on a test line.
