Rules that apply to education AI
Learners' records are personal data, and children's data calls for extra care and, in many countries, a parent's consent. Where training is publicly funded or certified, the rules of the funder or certifier decide what must be kept and shown; an assistant should quote those rules from the official text, not paraphrase them.
In the European Union, the AI Act lists AI systems used to decide admission, evaluate learners or monitor them during tests among high-risk uses. We build assistants that help with admin and questions, and leave admission and grading to people.
