AI for hotels that answers guests before they call the front desk.
A guest asks the same five things before arrival and ten more during the stay, at every hour, in every language. We build AI for hotels, guesthouses and lodges that answers those questions on WhatsApp, takes direct booking requests into a system you own, and passes the rest to the front desk with the context already written.
What we would build
- Guests
- Questions answered on WhatsApp, day and night
- Direct bookings
- Requests into a system you own, confirmed by your team
- Stay
- Room-service and restaurant orders, requests to housekeeping
- Closest proof
- Our restaurant booking platform and café ordering demo
Hospitality we have built and run
We have not built for a hotel yet. We have built bookings, ordering and guest messaging for restaurants and cafés — the same building blocks a hotel needs.

A booking and guest platform a restaurant group owns
A reservation system built for a restaurant group to replace a third-party booking tool: guests book online or on WhatsApp, hosts run the service from the real floor plan, and every guest's history sits in one CRM.
- Booking widget for guests and a host dashboard with the restaurant's own floor plan
- Guest CRM with the booking history imported from the previous system
- Email confirmations, a WhatsApp AI booking assistant and a waitlist
- A marketing console for guest journeys

A bilingual website and booking back office for a brasserie
A French and English website for a brasserie, with its own booking system: the guest books online, the request lands in the restaurant's reservations inbox, and the team confirms or declines it from a back office — which e-mails the guest either way.
- Two domains, one per language, from one codebase
- Booking requests stored, e-mailed to the team and acknowledged to the guest
- A back office where the restaurant confirms or declines each booking
- Automated API tests and a one-command rollback

QR menus, table ordering and a WhatsApp assistant for cafés
A hospitality platform shown to café and restaurant groups: every dish with a photo and a video behind a QR code, ordering from the table, loyalty, and a WhatsApp assistant that answers questions about each shop — opening hours, locations, contacts.
- Branded menus where every dish has a photo and a video
- Ordering, loyalty and frequently asked questions on WhatsApp, with mobile-money payment simulated in the demo
A guest assistant, and the system behind it
Pre-arrival answers
Check-in times, parking, airport transfers, early arrival, dietary needs — answered on WhatsApp from your own house rules, in the guest's language.
Direct booking requests
Requests from your site or WhatsApp land in a back office where your team confirms or declines, and the guest is told either way — the flow our brasserie client runs today.
In-stay requests
Towels, a late check-out, a table for tonight: the request is routed to the right team with the room and the guest's history attached.
Room service and restaurant orders
A menu behind a QR code, with dish photos or video, and orders sent by message with a payment link.
Voice, when guests prefer it
An AI voice agent that takes an order on a WhatsApp call, then sends the confirmation by message — a prototype we run today.
Guest history you keep
Stays, preferences and conversations in one guest record, so a returning guest is recognised — in your system, not a vendor's.
Start with the questions
- 01
List the top questions
Read a month of guest messages and list the questions that keep coming back.
- 02
Answer them on WhatsApp
From your own house rules and FAQ, with a person one tap away and every conversation visible to the front desk.
- 03
Then bookings and orders
Once guests trust the assistant, add direct booking requests and in-stay ordering.
Rules that apply to hotel AI
Guest identity and payment details are personal data: an assistant that answers questions does not need to see them, and it should not. Rates and availability must come from your own systems, never be guessed by a model, and anything that commits the hotel — a price, an upgrade, a refund — should be confirmed by a person.
Messages you start on WhatsApp, such as a pre-arrival reminder, need a template approved by Meta; replies within the customer service window do not. Our pricing note explains the difference.

Frequently asked questions
How can hotels use AI?
To answer guests' questions on WhatsApp before and during the stay, take direct booking requests into a system the hotel owns, route in-stay requests to the right team, and take room-service or restaurant orders with a payment link.
Has Takat built AI for hotels?
Not yet for a hotel. We have built and run booking, ordering and guest messaging for restaurants and cafés, which use the same building blocks.
Will the assistant confirm bookings or prices by itself?
Rates and availability come from the hotel's systems, and anything that commits the hotel — a price, an upgrade, a refund — is confirmed by a person.
What do your guests ask the most?
Bring a month of messages; we will show you what an assistant would answer.
