Where we work

Across Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.

Takat is a distributed team and our work is international: every product, platform, pilot and demo below exists, for real companies and real users, and each is labelled with its true stage. Client names stay private; what we built, and where, does not.

AI follow-up for real-estate and insurance brokers

For brokers in the United States — real-estate and insurance — we build the follow-up layer of the business: every lead and client conversation sorted, a reply drafted for the broker to approve, reminders at the right moment, and the CRM kept up to date from the conversation itself.

    • Creator profiles built from data the creators verified by connecting their own accounts
    • A campaign workflow for agency teams, from brief to publication, with a pay range set by the brand

How we work across borders

One way of working, wherever the client is

Everything we build runs on the same model — one container stack per project, previews for every change, tested backups — so a platform in Southern Africa and a shop in France are operated the same way. Our agents reply in the language the customer writes in, and our payment integrations cover both card networks and African payment providers.

Data-protection rules differ from one country to the next, from the GDPR in Europe to South Africa's POPIA, and some countries require certain personal data to stay within their borders. We design consent and data location per country from the start rather than after launch.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • Which countries does Takat work in?

Takat works with real-estate and insurance brokers in the United States, and has products, client platforms, pilots or demos in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Kenya, France, Spain and India, and is building an insurance comparison service for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Ethiopia. It operates through Takat (Pty) Ltd and Takat Holdings OÜ in Estonia.

  • Can Takat work with a company in another country?

Yes. We are a distributed team and every project runs on the same delivery model, whatever the client's location; the first step is a discovery call.

  • Do your agents speak local languages?

Our agents reply in the language the customer writes in; one of our WhatsApp agents handles voice notes in Kiswahili.
