AI for wealth management, with the adviser in charge.
In wealth management and financial services, clients expect answers fast and regulators expect every answer on record. We build AI for investment firms, advisers and lenders that opens accounts online with identity checks built in, keeps client follow-up on time, and prepares the paperwork — while advice stays with licensed people.

A website with online account opening for an investment firm
A new site for an investment and wealth-management firm, where a client can open an account online with identity verification built into the flow.
- Online account opening with identity verification
- A wealth questionnaire and enquiry forms captured to the firm's own database
- Research and solution pages managed from a CMS
- Copy prepared in Afrikaans and Oshiwambo for the firm's translation review
- Planning calculators and a directory of public research publications

AI follow-up for real-estate and insurance brokers
For brokers in the United States — real-estate and insurance — we build the follow-up layer of the business: every lead and client conversation sorted, a reply drafted for the broker to approve, reminders at the right moment, and the CRM kept up to date from the conversation itself.
Faster onboarding, better follow-up
Online account opening
Application, identity verification and a suitability or wealth questionnaire in one flow, saved to the firm's own database — what we built for an investment firm.
Enquiry handling
Website and WhatsApp enquiries answered with facts the firm has approved — products, documents needed, next steps — and passed to an adviser with the context written.
Review reminders
Annual reviews, expiring documents and missing information chased on time, the way renewal reminders work in BrokerPilot.
Meeting summaries
Client meetings summarised into the file, with actions for the adviser to confirm.
Research, organised
Publications and fund documents in one searchable directory, so clients find the right fact sheet without calling.
Planning calculators
Simple, transparent calculators on the site that lead to a conversation with an adviser, not to automated advice.

Regulated work stays with licensed people
Financial services are regulated in every market we work in: know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks, suitability rules for advice, and record-keeping of what was said to a client. An assistant can collect, remind and draft; recommending a product or a portfolio is advice, and it stays with a licensed adviser.
We keep every automated message on record, restrict what the assistant may say to texts the firm has approved, and design data location per country — some countries require client data to stay within their borders. In the EU, the AI Act also classes AI used to assess creditworthiness of individuals as high-risk.

Yes: a website with online account opening, identity verification and a wealth questionnaire for an investment firm in Namibia, and follow-up tools for insurance and real-estate brokers in the United States.
Will the AI recommend investments?
No. Recommending a product or portfolio is advice and stays with a licensed adviser; the assistant collects, reminds and drafts.
